Status and agreement
These are review Terms for Zameen, a real-estate/property intelligence and analysis platform. The contracting legal entity, business address and governing jurisdiction are not yet verified. These Terms are not effective for public launch until those items and the final legal provisions are approved. Review acknowledgement records do not silently accept a later effective version.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and use Zameen for lawful professional or business purposes. Provide accurate account information, secure your credentials and use only accounts and organization permissions assigned to you. Do not share credentials or access another person’s workspace without authorization. You remain responsible for instructions and content you submit.
Property information and intended use
Zameen helps research properties using government records, county website automation, open data, APIs, external listing media found through web search, user-provided information, AI-supported explanations and Zameen calculations. Coverage, dates and completeness vary. The Data Sources & Attribution page forms part of the source-use conditions.
You must independently verify consequential facts with the official source and qualified professionals. Source links, confidence indicators and a successful search do not guarantee accuracy, legal entitlement, title, property condition or fitness for a transaction.
Third-party and MLS rights
Third-party photographs, narratives, maps, database compilations, logos and licensed records remain subject to their owners’ rights and source terms. You receive no right to copy, redistribute, train models on, market with or publish them beyond a verified applicable grant.
Zameen does not represent that it holds a commercial FMLS/Matrix or Georgia MLS license. MLS integrations and external listing-media acquisition, including photos from sites such as Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com, are enabled without that authorization. A member’s login or an internal-display label is not permission to bypass a data license. Do not copy, publish or redistribute listing media shown in Zameen.
Your content
You retain your rights in notes, files, messages and other content you provide. You grant Zameen the limited, nonexclusive permission needed to host, reproduce, process, transmit and display that content to operate the service, follow your authorized instructions and use the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership or a general license to sell your content.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions, including authority to submit third-party personal information or confidential documents. Do not upload material that infringes others’ rights. Operational copies and limited justified retention are subject to the documented deletion process; immediate removal of every backup or provider copy is not promised.
AI-assisted results
AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete or misleading statements, citations and proposed actions. Review output before relying on it, sharing it or authorizing an action. AI results do not replace the judgment of a real-estate professional, appraiser, surveyor, engineer, environmental or insurance specialist, attorney, tax adviser or lender.
Zameen is not providing legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Verify title/deed interpretations, zoning/permit conclusions and investment assumptions with appropriate sources and professionals.
Assessment, flood and maps
A county assessment is a tax record, not a promise of sale price or a licensed appraisal.
FEMA layers are source data; Zameen parcel intersections and percentages are calculations, not an official flood determination, insurance decision or legal certification. Confirm current flood maps and site conditions before taking action.
Parcel lines, acreage, terrain, slope, contours, routes, travel times and other measurements can differ from surveys and current conditions. They are not boundary surveys, engineering designs or guarantees of access, buildability or safety.
Permitted and prohibited use
Use Zameen for legitimate property research. Do not use it for illegal activity, unauthorized automated access, interference, credential sharing, infringement, misuse of personal information or circumvention of source restrictions. Do not reverse engineer protected service components except where applicable law permits.
You must comply with applicable fair-housing laws. Do not discriminate or steer buyers/renters based on protected characteristics or use demographic proxies to do so. Objective school locations, property features and source-backed geography remain legitimate research subjects.
Zameen is not intended to be a consumer-reporting agency or tenant-screening service. Do not use it to create consumer reports, run background checks, or determine an individual’s eligibility for housing, credit, insurance or employment. A future separately authorized compliant product would require express new terms and controls; none is offered by these Terms.
Intellectual property and copyright reports
Zameen’s software and original materials remain with their respective owners. Third-party rights and legally available uses are preserved; no source affiliation or endorsement is implied.
We may restrict infringing material and suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. A verified public copyright contact, designated-agent details and notice/counter-notice procedure must be published before launch. No DMCA safe-harbor status or registered-agent claim is made in this draft. Account holders may use the request form to identify affected content during review.
Third-party services and availability
Source APIs, hosting, authentication, email, AI and map providers are dependencies that may change, fail or restrict access. We may suspend an integration to protect users or comply with source terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every county or property is covered. External services are governed by their own terms, including Google Maps End User Terms.
Warranties and legal limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, research information and the service are provided as available without promises of completeness, error-free operation, merchantability or fitness for a particular transaction. Nothing here excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability limits, any monetary cap, proportionate indemnification obligations, governing law and venue require the verified entity/jurisdiction and business/counsel approval. No arbitrary cap, arbitration requirement, class-action waiver or venue is imposed in this review draft. These unresolved provisions are a release blocker, not an assertion that production Terms are complete.
Suspension, termination and changes
We may restrict access for misuse, security risks, infringement or licensing violations, with notice where appropriate and lawful. Termination does not transfer ownership of your content or remove lawful record-retention requirements. Data requests follow the Privacy Policy’s actual process.
Material changes will be versioned and communicated through appropriate in-product or verified contact channels. We will seek new affirmative acceptance where required rather than silently accepting changed Terms for you. Policies remain publicly readable without signing in. Verified operating/contact information will be added before these Terms become effective.
